The challenge

Where the operator started and what actually made it hard.

Migrations fail on the audience, not the code. Card details live with the processor, so every subscriber has to re-authorise. If the messaging is rushed or the new platform is not ready when they arrive, they simply do not come.

The agency also needed features the old platform would never build: per-creator payout rules, agency-level reporting, and a content library that belonged to them.

Operator

Starting point
Twenty per cent platform fee, no access to subscriber data, bans without notice
Brief
A destination platform plus a migration that keeps the paying audience
