The challenge
Where the operator started and what actually made it hard.
Live video is the unforgiving end of adult platform work. Latency shows immediately, tipping has to feel instant to work at all, and the moderation load is continuous rather than batched. The operator also needed to be ready for the Australian eSafety age assurance requirements rather than retrofit them later.
The budget said MVP. The roster said forty models on day one. Those two things had to be true at the same time.
